Playing with ChessComment, using the clipboard

If you have no access to Internet, or to any SMTP server, ChessComment can be used as follow :

Click , select the tabsheet "Sending"  and "** No SMTP server**" in the field SMTP server.

Play your move and click

Click : it stores the game in the clipboard.

To send by e-mail :

1. Lauch your e-mail software, and create a message to your opponent.
2. If your software allows it, "paste" in the message. Otherwise "paste" elsewhere and add the file created as an attachment of your message.
3. Click  to close the sending window  (black).

In such a case, you will have to enter your opponent e-mail address and any additional text using your e-mail software and without ChessComment.

To play in a local network :

1. Open a shared folder where you are allowed to write, and your opponents can read.
2. "Edit" and "Paste", which will create or replace a file in this folder.
3. Click  to close the sending window  (black).
4. Your opponents will just have to double-click on the file.
